Constructing 10 metro lines at the same time, we have employed over 15,000 people in our projects. We are bringing to life metro lines that were previously halted due to financial and project issues.

This includes two lines initially built by the Ministry and later transferred to IMM. These lines were funded from IMM revenues, with vehicles provided and operated by IMM in just 10 months.
1 Metro Line Opening Soon
- Bakırköy (IDO) – Bağcılar (Kirazlı) Metro Line
This new line, built by the Ministry and scheduled for transfer to the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, will be funded by IMM revenues, with vehicles provided and operated by IMM.

Istanbul Produces Its Own Metro Vehicles
As we celebrate the 100th anniversary of our Republic, with the TRAM34 project, we are beginning to produce our own metro vehicles. Designed, engineered, and manufactured by IMM’s Metro Istanbul, these vehicles will be Turkiye’s first domestic rail system vehicles with a 60% localization rate.
