Market Support for Retirees

To contribute to the household budgets of low-income retirees in Istanbul, we provide market support, offering 10,000 TL annually to retirees struggling to make ends meet. Under the Retiree Market Support Program, launched in 2024, over 10,076 retirees who meet the criteria will receive more than 100 million TL in total payments.

Financial Support for Retirees in Urban Reconstruction

We provide financial assistance to retirees in Istanbul who own homes in buildings that lack earthquake safety. This initiative enables low-income retirees to transform their homes. Through the IMM Urban Reconstruction Financial Support Package, which covers up to 65% of reconstruction costs, we help retirees move into safe buildings while reducing the potential damage risks of an Istanbul earthquake.

Promoting Healthy Living for Retirees

As part of our mission to make Istanbul a city of sports, we ensure retirees are included. At 71 sports facilities operated by IMM Spor Istanbul, retirees and residents aged 65 and older can exercise for just 1 TL.

Expanding Solidarity with the Askıda Fatura Retiree Support Package

Through our award-winning Askıda Fatura (Bill on Hold) project, which connects donors with those in need, we’ve introduced a new support package for retirees. The Askıda Fatura Retiree Market Support Package has provided 451 retirees with 1,000 TL in assistance.

Supporting Elderly Artists

We also support elderly artists in need of socio-economic assistance, improving their living conditions through financial aid. Since the project began in 2019, we have extended help to 61 elderly artists.
